EVENTS AT THE HANGAR

Looking to throw a stunning event in our vintage-turned-modern renovated airplane hangar? With 25 acres of orchard just minutes away from downtown Chico, you and your guests will feel like you’re miles away and celebrating as much as you’d like.

All events include:

-2 hours of setup time prior to your event

-Up to 6 hours of event time

-2 hours of load out & clean up the following day

-Exclusive partnership with North State Events for your event planning needs*

*Events over 100 guests may require a planner, our team will work with you on this upon inquiry.

Event Packages

Morning & Afternoon Events are $1,500-$2,000

Evening Events are $3,000-$4,000

For events running all day or for multi-day events, please inquire for custom pricing.

A refundable security deposity will be required in addition to your package upon booking.

Where is The Hangar located?

We are located at 2599 Oak Park Ave, Chico, CA 95928. We’re less than 10 minutes from Downtown Chico.

How do I schedule a tour?

Please submit a Contact Form here and our Venue Manager will be in touch to schedule a tour if your date is available. We are excited to show you the property and hear all about your event vision!

How do I reserve & book my date?

After you tour the venue, we will send you our contract & your custom invoice. We require an initial deposit of 30% of your total + a refundable $1,000 security and damage deposit. Once your contract is signed and your deposit is paid, your date is booked!

I need some time to decide, can you hold my date?

When you tour our venue and opt to receive a proposal (our contract + invoice), your date will be held for 7 days. While we can not hold dates for longer than 7 days, we can be sure to let you know if additional inquiries come in for your date as a courtesy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit/debit card payments.

What is the payment schedule?

After your initial deposit is paid, you will be able to pay the remaining balance over two additional installments for a total of three payments.

Do you book multiple events on the same day?

Nope! Bookings are exclusive and we never book two events on the same day to ensure our staff and space are fully dedicated to your event.

How does your event planning partnership work?

Through our exclusive partnership with North State Events, you will have access to a dedicated Event Planner to ensure your event day runs smoothly. We require most events with 100+ guests to hire an event planner. You can always choose to book a more inclusive event planning package with them if you would like additional support.

Once you book with us, we will help you get in touch with their team to get started on your event planning services if needed. Please note that the venue pricing does not include their event planning services fees.
